This website and store are operated by SCM Research LLC under the HELIX brand ("HELIX," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you visit this site, place an order, or otherwise communicate with us.

Commerce Platform

Our store runs on Shopify, which provides our commerce and checkout infrastructure. When you place an order, your order, payment, shipping and tax information is collected and processed by Shopify as our commerce processor. Payment card details are handled directly by Shopify and its payment processors; HELIX does not store complete payment card numbers.

• Contact details, including name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address.
• Order information, including items purchased, order value, and order history.
• Communications you send us, such as customer support messages.
• Device and usage information, such as browser type, IP address and pages viewed, where analytics tools are enabled with your consent.

• To process and fulfill orders through Shopify checkout.

Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Tools

At present, no third-party analytics or advertising tools are active on this site.
